Common Food : They are omnivorous in the wild and usually feed on plant matter, worms, bugs, snails, frogs, and shrimp that make their home in the same water as the turtles, though they sometimes scavenge for carrion and other foods on land at night.

Origin : Southeast Asia

Habitat : The Black Marsh Terrapin can be found in Southeastern Asia. They are most common in the swamps and marshes of Sumatra, Thailand, Borneo, Malaysia, and Java.
